Pootis jump info!

Alright, as per the discussion on Talk:Rocket jump, all jump-related content should be moved in to this article. Because of the mass of content we have regarding jumps just merging everything in would result in a very messy article. I would like this page to be (re)written with information about jumps. Use the other articles for reference. -RJ 18:24, 15 October 2010 (UTC)

Because there is a lot of stuff to be written in, please use the following table to either designate yourself in charge of a specific section (please, regular and experienced contributors only); and give an estimated progress percentage of how much you have written vs how much would be adequate. Everybody is welcome to contribute, but those who designate themselves will oversee a specific section will be responsible in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of what's written about that specific jump-related topic.

Jump information
Jump Assigned to Progress
(estimate)
Rocket Jump open 100%
Sticky jump
(within Rocket Jump article)
open 100%
Double Jump
Or Triple Jump
open 100%
Needle Boosting open 100%
Sentry jump
Rocket & Bullet
open 100%
Pumpkin Jump open 100%
Pyro Jump open 100%
Grenade Jump open 100%

Feel free to expand this table if necessary.

If anybody wishes to discuss this, please do so here or on the Wiki IRC.

Merger

I thought the idea was to hold sections for all the jumps, but Rocket jump & Sticky jump would have separate articles and remain summarised on here. Now there's just one huge page? Rocket jumping & sticky jumping are much larger topics, individual pages should be dedicated to them, in my opinion. seb26 [talk] 04:41, 20 October 2010 (UTC)

Honestly, I don't see a problem with both types of jumps being in the Jumping article. Sure, it'll be a long article, but I think creating individual articles for sticky and rocket jumps would result in two small, unmaintained pages. ~ lhavelund (talkcontrib) 04:47, 20 October 2010 (UTC)
