Right about now you must be wondering how in God's name you're supposed to pronounce Claidheamohmor. The answer: you don't! If you're remotely near one you'll be dead long before you're done injuring your vocal chords anyway!
— Fancy Vs. Nasty update description

The Claidheamohmor is a Scottish claymore similar in appearance to the Eyelander, though with a red and green Scottish plaid pattern on the handle, and two upward curved spikes coming from the side of the blade.

This weapon was originally created for the Fancy vs. Nasty Update and since has been officially added to the game.

Weapon Info

  • The Claidheamohmor does not give heads for each kill, unlike the Eyelander or Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker.
  • This weapon has no taunt, like the Scotsman's Skullcutter and Headless Horseless Horsemann's Headtaker.
  • Like the other two-handed Demoman melee weapons, the Claidheamohmor has a larger melee range.

Trivia

  • Claidheamh mòr is the Scots Gaelic phrase for Claymore (meaning "great sword") and is pronounced "claire-more".
