Heavy vs Scout

I think that Heavy should go into open areas when dealing with Scouts. Scouts are most deadly at close ranges where their Scattergun can three-shot a Heavy, meanwhile the Heavy still retains quit a lot of his lethality even at medium ranges, unlike a Scout who can at best; very slowly peck away at Heavy's health 6 damage at a time. And I've already mentioned quit a lot of times before, Scout's Scattergun can shoot three times before the Heavy can rev up and do the required damage to kill the Scout before the Scout kills him. This leaves the Heavy very vulnerable to ambushes or surprises from Scouts, which are most likely to occur in close ranged areas where its impossible to see incoming opponents, unlike in open areas where a Scout couldn't possibly sneak up to an aware Heavy.

Also, there's no point in being able to easily shred a Scout at close range-if you can hit the Scout to begin with. Tracking is much easier done from medium range where a Heavy can comfortably keep a Scout within his crosshair, meanwhile in a close ranged engagement, a Scout can use his superior mobility to easily jump out of the Heavy's field of vision, disorienting the Heavy and forcing him to constantly reorientation his aiming reticle.

And as the final note, its better to give Heavy players all this advice and let them decide whether using the "go outside" strategy is a good idea duo to there being a possibility of them exposing themselves to Sniper's, instead of withholding this information because some servers could have good Snipers in them.
