The Trash Man is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a green beanie with a skull and crossbones embroidered at the top, from which protrudes long, messy hair.
The Trash Man was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Notes
- The Warmth Preserver, the Trash Man, the Leftover Trap and the Rat Stompers were contributed together as the "The Lord Of The Rats" item set for the Heavy.
Trivia
- The skull and crossbones that appears at the top of the hat is the same as the one shown above the player when they are marked for death.
