Templates

You're using templates wrong. Completely wrong. All you need is the template name is {{s. Also, there's no point in deleting them, just translate them.  – Smashman (talk) 12:16, 16 September 2010 (UTC)

Sorry, its my first time doing this. Its very hard for me, but dont worry, in a few days I'll end editing it to spanish. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by Sr Domi (talk) • contribs)
That's fine. We all start somewhere. Use templates like this {{Delete}} and remember to sign your comments with ~~~~  – Smashman (talk) 12:46, 16 September 2010 (UTC)

I think that I use it better than you. SrDomi 11:56 18 September 2010(UTC)
At least he can sign his comment correctly. And you don't.  – Smashman (talk) 12:01, 18 September 2010 (UTC)
Haha, good joke. SrDomi 12:02 18 September 2010(UTC)
I'm not even partially joking. Stop being so confrontational. Piemanmoo is more respected here than you, and as such his opinions should be heeded.  – Smashman (talk) 12:10, 18 September 2010 (UTC)
I've also noticed that you're being quite rude to Piemanmoo on his talk page, I think some of the stuff you've said so far is pretty uncalled for. Infi^ 16:14, 18 September 2010 (UTC)
The problem with that its because its hard for me to translate spanish into english, making my vocabulary limited. I dont really want to annoy, but his job wanst serious. If Im working on two articles, not open 5 new articles, its annoying and its pointless. And he isnt going to translate 100% intogod spanish, isnt it? I can do that with the japanese wiki. Only coping english articles and adding it. I dont eanto to be rude, but sometime I dont know how to be clear. Sorry, I dont wanna fight. (The strange is... I understand english, but not speaking it).--SrDomi 16:50 18 September 2010(UTC)

Ok, ok! Sorry for the scout files... now I know that, I'm not gonna fail again. Thanks! SrDomi 2:09 22 September 2010(UTC)

Translating templates

Just letting you know, with the template {{lang}}, if the Spanish translation is exactly the same as the English one then you don't need to add a separate Spanish string. This is because if it sees that there is no Spanish one, it uses English instead. Just a little tip to save you some effort in the future. seb26 [talk] 20:42, 25 September 2010 (UTC)

Oh, thanks. I was thinking the same, but I added the "spanish" version just like "its the same but it includes spanish section". Anyway, thanks. Sr Domi 21:45, 25 September 2010 (UTC)

--The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ryo (talk) • contribs)

Calmate. Y luego, aprende a traducir. Vino el analfabeto a enseñar a leer. Ah si, no os van a dar los Wikicopetes y solo fastidiareis lo ya hecho. Gracias. --(Sr Domi) 22:51, 6 October, 2010

Translating the Scream Fortress Event banner

Hey! You may have noticed the Scream Fortress event banner on the front page (permalink). Could you translate it to Spanish (just reply to this with the translation), so I can get the image up for the Spanish Main Page. Thanks! ~ lhavelund (talkcontrib) 22:45, 29 October 2010 (UTC)

My bet: " Evento de Halloween "Fortaleza de los Chillidos" " Use it, but maybe my team couldn't be with me on that translationSr Domi 00:24, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
Ok, it's: " El Evento de Halloween "Scream Fortress" " Sr Domi 19:06, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
I'll add that up tomorrow; thanks! ~ lhavelund (talkcontrib) 23:18, 30 October 2010 (UTC)

Wrong URL

Hello. Please, when translating one article, please do it on the Spinal Tap/fr page, for example, and not on the Ponction Lombaire, OK? --EpicEric 21:46, 20 November 2010 (UTC)

You see, this is against Rule #2 on the Language Translation Guidelines. --EpicEric 21:48, 20 November 2010 (UTC)
Im just making redirect pages, so I dont know what are you talking about. Sr Domi 21:52, 20 November 2010 (UTC)
