AsiaFortress is a community site based in Asia with its own organized 6v6 league, the AsiaFortress Cup (AFC) — started for the purpose of bringing Asian teams together into competition.

AsiaFortress originally began as a knockout-based event; however, it soon evolved into a competition with proper rules and expanded into divisions to accommodate the different skills levels. AsiaFortress has expanded beyond the typical 6v6 to include 9v9 Highlander friendly matches, which are run on a weekly basis.

To improve the levels of gameplay for the newer players who jumped in from pub games, an event known as AsiaFortress Academy (AFA) is started. Newbies are tagged to more experienced players from the scrim scene, to improve their overall gameplay and hopefully help in the transition for the players from the pub scene to the pug scene.

Competitiveness and games aside, AsiaFortress also aims to bring the different countries of Asia closer to form a strong community.

The countries involved include, but are not limited to:

  • China/Hong Kong
  • Japan
  • Korea
  • Malaysia
  • Singapore
  • Taiwan
