Dr. Whoa is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic and Spy. It is a team-colored bow tie and dress shirt combination.
Dr. Whoa was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Doctor Whoa."

Bugs
- The localization files indicate that this item is supposed to have a description, yet there is none. This results in the item having an unusually large pop-up box.
Trivia
- The item is a reference to the Eleventh Doctor from the television series Doctor Who, who wears a similar bow tie.
- Dr. Whoa was released in Europe on the 48th anniversary of the original Doctor Who television series.
