The Magistrate's Mullet is a community-created headwear item for the Spy. It is a white judicial wig, also known as a powdered wig, with a small curled ponytail and black band at the back.
The hat description was written by Shapechanger for the Hat Describing Contest and was slightly edited by Valve.
