Attack o' Lantern
Cause the deaths of 5 players by exploding nearby pumpkin bombs.
How to obtain: Keep your eyes on pumpkin bombs near busy areas and shoot at them whenever an enemy is nearby. Pumpkin bombs respawn rather quickly and deal heavy damage in a large blast radius, so don't hesitate to fire your weapon.
Candy Coroner
Collect 20 Halloween pumpkins from dead players to unlock a hat.
How to obtain: There is a roughly 12.5% chance of a Halloween pumpkin being dropped by a player upon death. You can pick up pumpkins regardless of who killed the victim and use the short critical buff to kill more enemies.
Costume Contest
Kill a Spy disguised as your current class.
How to obtain: Spy-check anyone that is the same class as you with extreme prejudice.
Ghastly Gibus Grab
Dominate a player wearing the Ghastly Gibus to earn your own.
How to obtain: Find a player with the Gibus and specifically target him. Unlike the other Scarechievements, this one can be earned during any time of the year.
Scared Stiff
Kill a player scared by a ghost.
How to obtain: On the event version of Harvest, players will often stumble into ghosts as they wander through busy areas. On Mann Manor, the Horseless Headless Horsemann will often scare the zealous players who are trying to kill him. Target these helpless enemies before they recover.

Sleepy Holl0WND
Kill the Horseless Headless Horsemann.
How to obtain: When the Horseless Headless Horsemann spawns, work with your teammates to defeat him. Consider playing as a fast class, such as the Scout, that can kite the Horseless Headless Horsemann around the map, or a class with high firepower, such as the Soldier. The last three players to damage the Horseless Headless Horsemann when he dies will be credited with this achievement.
Collect the Horseless Headless Horsemann's Haunted Metal Scrap.
How to obtain: You must damage the Horseless Headless Horsemann with your melee weapon just before he dies. Move in once you see him shiver, which is the beginning of his death animation. Upon the defeat of the Horseless Headless Horsemann, you will receive an Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap.
Masked Mann
Collect the Haunted Halloween Gift in Mann Manor.
How to obtain: The Haunted Halloween Gift will spawn on Mann Manor, Eyeaduct, or Ghost Fort when there are at least ten players on the server. When one is announced for you to get, search for it while avoiding being killed.
Sackston Hale
Craft the Saxton Hale Mask.
How to obtain: Acquire all nine class masks from Haunted Halloween Gifts or other players and craft them together. This Ghostchievement can be earned during any time of the year.

Optical Defusion
How to obtain: Unlike the Horseless Headless Horsemann, MONOCULUS disappears only ninety seconds after spawning. It may be necessary that both teams stop fighting each other and concentrate on killing MONOCULUS if members from either side want this achievement. MONOCULUS floats in midair, has an innate resistance to rapid-fire weapons such as the Minigun or Flamethrower, and is scarily accurate with its projectile shots. However, it is a large target and attacks against it do not suffer from damage falloff. Thus, relatively mobile classes capable of hitting airborne targets with large amounts of firepower from afar, such as the Scout or Soldier, make excellent choices for fighting MONOCULUS. When MONOCULUS teleports, it temporarily leaves behind a portal to the Underworld. Entering the portal and traversing the Underworld will grant you temporarily increased stats when you reappear on the surface world; damaging MONOCULUS when under the influence of the Underworld buff will stun it. The last three players to deal damage to MONOCULUS when it dies will be credited with the achievement. Completing this achievement will reward you with the MONOCULUS! Hat.
Dive Into A Good Book
Get to Loot Island and claim your reward!
How to obtain: When MONOCULUS is defeated, he explodes in a shower of Jarate and leaves behind a purple portal for a short period of time. Even if you didn't partake in killing it, you can enter the portal to reach Loot Island, an isolated section of the Underworld. Make your way up the stairs and into the room, wait for the cage to lower, and jump into the spooky book to earn this achievement. Since anyone who makes it through the portal can earn the achievement, be ready to kill nearby enemies as a precautionary measure. Completing this achievement will reward you with the Bombinomicon miscellaneous item.

A Lovely Vacation Spot
Get to Skull Island and claim your reward!
How to obtain: When Merasmus is defeated, he explodes leaving behind a red portal with a large Bombonicon in the centre for a short period of time. Even if you didn't partake in killing Merasmus, you can enter the portal to reach Skull Island. Make your way up the stairs and into the room, wait for the cage to lower, and jump into the hat to earn this achievement. Anyone who makes it through the portal can earn the achievement. Be wary of opposing team members who may attack you. Completing this achievement will reward you with the Skull Island Topper.
Wizards Never Prosper
How to obtain: Like MONOCULUS before him, Merasmus only stays on the map for ninety seconds, so the two teams may need to stop attacking each other to obtain this achievement. For basic attacks, Merasmus can perform melee strikes with his staff, throw bombs with the Bombonicon, and launch players upward whilst igniting them. He will also occasionally hover above and bombard the Control Point's surrounding area or teleport around the map. If he bombards the Control Point, keep fighting; all attacks on Merasmus at this time are Critical hits. If he teleports, two random players will have bombs placed on their head; having them run into Merasmus in the given time will stun him. Once Merasmus' health reaches 50% and 10%, he will disguise himself as a prop to stall out the timer; players should then spread out and find the prop that bleeds green blood when attacked. Classes that can attack from a distance, such as the Soldier and Sniper, can avoid Merasmus' melee attacks while easily dodging thrown bombs.
