The Wiki Cap is a cosmetic item for all classes. It is a team-colored peaked cap with a black visor, bearing the Team Fortress emblem. It was modeled to resemble a police officer's cap. The Wiki Cap has the Community Sparkle Particle effect, which causes the hat to shine.
