Delinquents all over the country have been harassing old ladies while you were stuck in your nearby generic desert-industrial environment. You missed out on all the extreme elderly-pestering action! No worries, though! With this handmade bat, you can still vent your frustration elsewhere.
— Fancy Vs. Nasty update description

The Boston Basher is a melee weapon for the Scout. It was originally created in the Fancy vs. Nasty Update and has since been officially added to the game. It appears as a bloodstained wooden club covered with spikes and reinforced with metal rings. Like the Southern Hospitality and the Tribalman's Shiv, the Boston Basher inflicts a five-second bleed effect on a hit. Missing with it applies the damage and bleed effect to the wielder instead.

This item is currently completely unobtainable as it cannot be crafted, will not drop randomly, and has yet to be found in any crate.
