The Bootleg Base Metal Billycock is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a robotized version of the Counterfeit Billycock, which appears as a metallic top hat with a bent antenna and a screen on the front, displaying an image of a Backbiter's Billycock disguise paper mask.
The Bootleg Base Metal Billycock was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Bootleg Billycock."
