The Festivizer is a tool that is used to make a decorated weapon or certain weapon, regardless of its quality, into a festivized variant.

It can be found when unboxing the Smissmas 2015 Festive Gift, came with the skin when unboxing a Pyroland or Warbird weapon case or found randomly if you have the Tough Break Campaign Pass. It can also be found when unboxing the Unlocked Winter 2016 Cosmetic Case.
