The King of Scotland Cape is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Demoman. It is a waist-high team-colored cape with a white trim and a Team Fortress 2 emblem on the right shoulder. The back of the cape has jiggle bones and moves with the Demoman while in motion.

The King of Scotland Cape was awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased the Total War Master Collection or owned or purchased either Medieval II: Total War or Total War Battles: SHOGUN on Steam before October 1, 2012. It was also awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased Medieval II: Total War from the Yogscast Jingle Jam 2015 Charity Bundle.

The King of Scotland Cape was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
