Tryb Średniowieczny jest trybem gry dodanym do TF2 podczas Australijskich Świąt z aktualizacją z 17 grudnia 2010

Mechanika gry

  • Gracze upuszczają po śmierci małe apteczki zamiast broni.
  • Używanie Uberpiły nie ładuje niezniszczalności.
  • Ogólnie, mogą być używane tylko bronie do walki wręcz, przedmioty, Łowca i Kusza Krzyżowca.
  • Bonusy zestawów broni ciągle się liczą nawet jeśli ma on niedozwolone bronie.
  • Snajperzy mogą podpalić swoje strzały przez dotknięcie pochodni przy bazach, powodując, że zada więcej obrażeń.
  • Tryb trzeciej osoby może być włączony bez sv_cheats 1 przy użyciu komendy tf_mediaval_thirdperson 1.

Tryb Średniowieczny jest obecnie dostępny domyślnie tylko na mapie Degroot Keep. Może być jednak włączony na dowolnej mapie za pomocą zmiennej serwera tf_medieval ustawionej na 1.
