The Pile of Curses is a craftable item that was introduced in the October 26, 2012 Patch. The Pile of Curses is crafted by combining 7 Voodoo-Cursed Items.

When reached in, it displays a 5 second countdown and plays sounds effects; similar to that of a Mann Co. Supply Crate. It then awards the player one of the 9 playable class' Voodoo-Cursed Souls and sometimes an Eerie Crate. Any souls received have a chance to have the Haunted item quality.
