The Sniper's Deep Downunder Drawl is a tool item that can be applied to any Sniper or all-class hat. It can be found inside of Haunted Halloween Gifts on Ghost Fort, or from a Pile Of Curses, during Halloween events.

When applied to the hat, it will lower the pitch at which the wearer speaks if they have the hat equipped.

Though it is intended for use by the Sniper, the effect of the item will occur for any class if they are wearing the hat.

Any unused Halloween Spell items are removed at the end of a Halloween event.
