The Southie Shinobi is a Cosmetic item for the Scout. It gives the Scout a team colored Uwagi, a traditional Japanese jacket, with darker colored seams. Included is a black Obi belt that is tied at his right side.
The Southie Shinobi was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Ninja Vest".

- The shinobi (忍び) is another name for the Ninja.
- Southie is a term used to describe people who live in the South Boston neighborhood which is a reference to the Scouts hometown of Boston.
- The Frickin' Sweet Ninja Hood, the Southie Shinobi, and the Red Socks were contributed together as part of the "New England Ninja" set.
