The "Spent Well Spirits" is an action item that can only be used by the Demoman.

To be able to initiate the taunt, you must first place it into one of eight slots in the Taunt loadout; this can be done by accessing the Loadout menu, and clicking on the Taunt button below the character model. Once in game, press the action button, followed by the number in correspondence to the slot you placed the taunt in.

When the player presses the action button, the character will pull out a bottle of alcohol in his right hand, as well as proceed to rip the tip of a projectile grenade off with his mouth. He then proceeds to pour the liquids of both into his mouth and pulls out a lighter with his right hand. The character then blows the cacophony of liquids into the air with the lighter engaged, creating a mini-mushroom cloud in the air; this is followed by his right hand closing into a fist along with his left hand shortly after.

This is a single-person taunt, so you must have it in your possession in order to use it.
