Updated localization files

I think this patch updated the localization files as well. All I know is that I had the Simplified Chinese localization file open in one tab. I searched for the text "What's in the Team Fortress 2 Soundtrack Box?", but couldn't find any translations. Upon refreshing the page, voila, these lines appeared at the bottom of the file:

"TF_TeamFortress2_Soundtrack_Promo_Package_Desc" "这个密封的《军团要塞 2》原声音轨盒将在稍晚的一个日子里被打开，揭示其含有的内容。" "[english]TF_TeamFortress2_Soundtrack_Promo_Package_Desc" "This sealed Team Fortress 2 Soundtrack Box will open to reveal its contents at a later date."
