10 I'm still not really seeing any evidence of it being that popular or notable. None of those three Youtube channels really have a notable number of views on the majority of videos, which does show that it's not that popular or notable. Additionally, I've noticed that a lot of your recent edits have added in bosses that don't seem to be part of the mod by default, so they shouldn't be on here at all. We should really only have the default bosses. Additionally, a lot of the content on the page isn't really written up to the standards of the wiki, and could do with being improved if the page is kept. Finally, the mod is full of content that comes from other games and mods, and I doubt that anybody ever got permission for most of the content. I'm not sure if there is an issue with including that sort of thing on here, though I would personally go on the side of caution and not include it. --Omolong (talk) 14:22, 4 March 2015 (PST)

Well I agree that some of the bosses that are from other games/mods aren't really necessary, I will include some of the most popular bosses, such as Paranoia, Villar, Woody, SCP-173 and others.  I did not plan to write about all the bosses but particularly the special ones.  Dark Prelate Mohandar (talk) 20:00 5 March 2015 (EST)

I suggest we should state those items which ones are useful during a gameplay like the Disciplinary action for the soldier or the high five taunt or director's vision to scout around the corners. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Kori1997 (talk) • (contribs)

State of this page

So after some discussion, I've realized that the state and format of this page is well.... extremely terrible.

This page probably needs a MASSIVE overhaul as currently, its just giant walls of text and a massive mess of a gallery. I'm bringing this up to perhaps gather input and maybe discuss a new format for this page and maybe other "Mod" pages.

Any ideas or input? Ashes (talk) 22:11, 15 January 2015 (PST)

I think the Bosses and Maps parts should be updated to contain a picture of the said boss or map, also I think we should insert a newer demonstration video, as of this is a quiet old one. And a side note, tag your posts. Kori1997 (talk) 22:08, 15 January 2015 (PST)
Before I reedited it on 17:00, 1 March 2015 (PST), the grammar was horrid, missing period and "s" everywhere. If someone wants to redo this page, please do it correctly. Dark Prelate Mohandar (talk) 17:10 1 March 2015 (EST).
Do note, Hinaomi was the one who reformatted the page, and english is their best language. So please do not be too aggressive regarding grammar and what not. Ashes (talk) 14:28, 1 March 2015 (PST)
I am currently adding to the page every day, however, it may take a while as I only have 30 minutes to do it every day. Dark Prelate Mohandar (talk) 22:32 1 March 2015 (EST).
Keep in mind that a large part of the content of the page was removed as it's not part of the default mod. We shouldn't list every single boss or every single map that's available, as the content on each server can differ, whereas whatever is included in the mod by default should be consistent between servers. The default bosses/maps/class abilities are all that should be listed, really. The rest of the page still needs a massive overhaul, as it's hardly fitting with the rest of the wiki's style, and it looks quite messy. I think that it could really do with being remade by someone that knows the mod well, and can stick to the wiki's style.
However, I'm still not really sure that this mod is notable enough to even have a page. I've just done a search for servers with "slender_" maps on Steam, and of the 21 servers I've found, only two of them had any people on them, and even then one of those servers only had 3 people on it. I personally only knew that this mod existed through edits on the page, as well. A few other opinions on this would needed before any action was taken, though. --Omolong (talk) 20:11, 1 March 2015 (PST)
You are wrong, my friend. The Lunar Republic Gaming Server runs with over 20 people all the time, and Glubbale's servers have 4 slender fortress servers, each packed with at least 10 people at a time. Another thing, most maps have Slender Man as the boss, but some have a specific boss (i.e. Weeping Angels on slender_weepers) and also have a boss such as Woody every third round. Dark Prelate Mohandar (talk)23:45 1 March 2015 (EST)
I don't really see how I'm wrong when this is what I saw when I searched for it. While it's likely that more people have joined the servers since I looked, at the time it was correct. In your image (which would have been fine on Imgur or something, it really didn't need uploading to the wiki), there are still less than 150 in total on those servers, which really doesn't make it that a popular mod. Additionally, I'm not sure what you're trying to point out with the second bit. If it's not part of the default content of the mod, it doesn't need to be included on the page. It doesn't matter what bosses turn up on custom maps, it only matters what bosses there are on the default maps. --Omolong (talk) 20:57, 1 March 2015 (PST)
You looked in the wrong group. The servers I have on my favorites are always populated with at least 5 people. Lunar Republic and Glubbable's servers are the main groups that host this gamemode. Dark Prelate Mohandar (talk) 0:03 2 March 2015 (EST)
I didn't look in any group, I used the Servers window on Steam to search for any TF2 servers that had "slender_" in the map name. I waited until Steam stopped loading the servers before working out how many servers showed up in the list. --Omolong (talk) 21:21, 1 March 2015 (PST)
Not literal group, figurative group. I meant the kind of servers that are always populated. At least 6 have at least 20 people at any given time. Dark Prelate Mohandar (talk) 11:24 2 March 2015 (EST)
Ok so, two groups running servers. Ok that accounts for how much in the TF community... less than 1%. Only two groups are running active servers. So i don't see how its popular if its two groups running it. Compare it to the VSH mod. There's multiple servers/groups running it with active players. So i don't see how your argument really stands honestly. Even now i'm questioning the notability of Slender Fortress itself now. Ashes (talk) 08:46, 2 March 2015 (PST)
