Parameters

skin# (Numbers 1-29)
The name of the skin, in proper format (spell it as it appears, and capitalize letters as needed).
grade# (Numbers 1-29)
The grade of the skin, including "grade."
weapon# (Numbers 1-29)
The weapon that the skin is based on.
color# (Numbers 1-29)
The hexadecimal code that corresponds with the grade of the skin, from Template:Item rarity table. Exclude pound sign, input only the six hexadecimal characters.
