The Gette it Onne! Medals are a group of medals awarded in Genuine quality to those who participated in the Gette it Onne! tournament.

They are shaped like medieval escutcheons with a shield surrounded by colored wheat on both sides. The wheat is either gold, silver, bronze or green depending on the kind of medal, and grows from a TF2 symbol below the shield to a little over the shield's upper edge. The shield also contains an image of either two swords crossing (winner), a bow and arrow (playoff), a piece of meat (participant) or a Ham Shank (donor). For all medals, except the donor one, there is also a sword going behind the shield which is a metallic gray for the playoff and participant medal, but golden for the winner medal.

The Gette it Onne! Medals were contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Update history

April 12, 2018 Patch

  • Added Gette it Onne! tournament medals.

Update history

  • The Eyelander on the Champion variant of the medal is actually an Australium one, which must be a reference to the original concept arts of the said medal.
  • However, the Eyelander is completely gone from the Helper variant, in contrary to his concept art counterpart which removes the laurel surrounding it instead of the said sword.
  • According to the Notable Helpers and Donators page on the GiO! Steam Group, we can notice that the medal was actually designed by Nebula and xMasterDizzy, but due to an oversight from the staff, they weren't added as contributors, but they however still obtained a Helper medal to make up to it.
