What's in the Companion Square Box? is an Action item for all classes. It is represented by a a purple gift box with lime polka dots tied with a fuchsia ribbon, with a Description Tag with a question mark attached to the ribbon's bow.

When used, the player receives a Friends Forever Companion Square Badge and a Triple A Badge, both in Genuine quality.

This item was given to the Comic-Con San Diego 2012 attendants who purchased a Companion Square toy made by ThreeA Toys and redeemed the exclusive Steam code included with the toy. It became usable after the September 21, 2012 Patch.
