Ze Goggles are a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. They are a pair of clunky, military-spec night-vision goggles.

  • [Undocumented] The Ze Goggles's type was changed from "Hat" to "Glasses".

Trivia

  • The name and description of Ze Goggles are a reference to a line spoken by Rainier Wolfcastle in the "Radioactive Man" episode of The Simpsons. This line has since developed something of a cult following in online communities, The line spoken is “My Eyes! Ze Goggles do nothing!”
  • The design of Ze Goggles is a reference to the Ecto-Goggles which make constant appearances throughout the Ghostbusters series. The creator of Ze Goggles submitted their creation to the former contribution page (now replaced by the Steam Workshop) under the name "Ect-oh Goggles".[1]
