Summary

A diagram showing how damage is affected by distance. The black sinusoidal wave is for most weapons. The maroon offshoot is used by rocket launchers, syringe guns, and stickybomb launchers (when detonated within 5 seconds). In the center are some vertical lines that show the ±10% of random variation all attacks have (unless the server has disabled damage spread). There is also a dashed blue line that shows how Mini-Crits prevent damage falloff from occurring by enforcing a lower limit on the base distance value.
