Mannhole is a community-created King of the Hill map released during the Summer 2025 Update. It is set within a series of dirty city alleyways and sewers littered with rats. The central control point is designed to resemble a sewer grate. It is the standard version of the custom map Sewer.
Mannhole was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Locations
- Team Spawns: Each team has a single spawn area inside of an "Alpha Electric" company building. There are 2 above ground exits with one facing toward the point and the other facing a fenced-off loading dock. Down a staircase lies an open sewer entrance with an adjacent path back to the above ground.
- Team Yard: Directly outside of spawn there is an open area serving as a courtyard to spawn. There are 5 paths branching from this area with 2 leading back into the sewers. There is a medium ammo pack and small health kit against a garage door on the opposite side from the spawn doors. There is also a simple building with a striated entrance and exit leading toward the right path.
- Sewers: The Sewers are a system of narrow sewage tunnels running underneath the map with openings at several locations. Starting from the spawn entrance there is a path leading to an open area with a water pool and an opening to the left yard area. Turning right leads to a crossroads between the staircase leading back to the Team Yard and continuing down the tunnel. In this section a dropdown from the Apartment Basement and a staircase to the Central Buildings are present. A small health kit lies before an opening into the respective team's Side Areas. Following this path under the control point leads to a lineup of a small health kit with 2 small ammo packs either side of them.
- Apartment Basements: The right path relative to spawn, this is a small building housing a propane tank with a dropdown into the sewers and a path to mid. There is also a staircase to a corridor leading to the Central Buildings.
- Loading Docks: The left path relative to spawn, this is a building housing pallets of boxes and barrels. There are 3 exits: one into the sewer's path, one into the side area through a ledge, and one onto a wooden platform overhanging the side area. There is a medium ammo pack and health kit in the center area of the building.
- Side Areas: These are the concrete areas to the side of Mid. They consist of two levels, the higher with a path directly to Mid and the lower with a small health kit and ammo pack.
- Central Buildings: These are the buildings adjacent to the central point with a staircase leading up to them. The inside houses a medium ammo pack and health kit with an opening to a balcony. The balcony overlooks part of Mid.
- Mid: This is the central area where the control point is located. On this level there is a small health kit and medium ammo pack just outside the staircase to the Central Building. There is a staircase leading to the central point with it being from the side areas covered by short wooden walls.

Trivia
- This map is named after a manhole, which is a vertical opening into a utility system (such as a sewer) covered by a metal disk.
- The setting of Mannhole is primarily based on the US cities New York City with some elements of Chicago.[1]
- The maps Boardwalk and Mannhole take place in the same general area. This is directly alluded to with the city Mannhole takes place in being a part of Boardwalk's skybox.[2]
- There are small train models littered throughout the map in out of bounds areas.
- There is a dumpster outside of RED spawn's side exit with a pair of pink and yellow glowing eyes peeking out of them. This is a reference to the character Spamton from the video game Deltarune, who is first encountered in a dumpster.[3]
- Outside of BLU spawn's side exit is a trash can with Saxton Hale's cargo shorts hanging off the rim and his hat propped up onto the wall, referencing the cover page of Ring of Fired.[4]
- In an out of bounds area of the Sewers located directly right of the staircase from BLU's Team Yard is a monstrous rat headbanging violently next to a Bog Wizard logo and links.
- Located directly right of the staircase from RED's Team Yard is a summoning circle surrounding a framed picture of a naked mole rat in a green hoodie. On the back side of this frame is the word "Cousin".
- In a Sewer tunnel running into BLU's Side Area is a rat playing a children's piano to a crowd of waving rats.
- There are graffiti tags throughout the map from every developer.
- There is a piece of graffiti of a rat with its nose hanging over a wall with its hands hanging onto it, referencing the World-war II meme "Kilroy was here".[5]
- On a cluster of graffiti the names "James" and "Randal" can be found in close proximity to one another in a similar font. This is a reference to the character "James Randal", played by streamer "Spaceboy" when roleplaying in Grand Theft Auto Online.[6]
- A character named "Brian" can be found on a wanted poster, milk carton, and as a name in a graffiti cluster decal. He is an inside joke among the map's developers about UEAKCrash pronouncing the name of the non-Halloween version of the map Slime (Brine) similarly to "Brian" which had elicited the reply "Who is Brian?".[7]
