Talk:Energy weapons
I think we should expand the definition set in the hidden note (" 'Energy weapons' are weapons that can cause the vaporization effect/special animation') to also include the disintegration effect of weapons such as the Shooting Star and the Manmelter. - BrazilianNut (talk) 21:14, 28 August 2025 (UTC)
- No, this article is specifically for articles such as Pomson 6000, for the line "This vaporization effect is shared among the energy weapons.".

- The line could be changed to something like "is shared among certain energy weapons" or simply removed entirely.
- I just find it very weird that weapons such as the C.A.P.P.E.R (a "retro-futuristic ray gun" that shoots "team-colored lasers, rather than traveling bullets") and the Manmelter (a "retrofuturistic laser pistol" that "fires flaming bolts of energy") aren't listed here when they're clearly energy weapons capable of disintegrating enemies (meanwhile, the Neon Annihilator, which is just an ordinary neon sign, is listed here because of this vaporization effect). - BrazilianNut (talk) 21:47, 28 August 2025 (UTC)
