How's this? I managed to get my hands on this taunt temporarily. I thought that taunting twice is good as it shows that there is more than one sax music track that plays. I do however have footage of him taunting only once though, if you prefer that. Obilisk 21:08, 21 March 2015 (PDT)

Show each of the nine classes conga-ing in tr_target separately, for the full length that the conga music file lasts? Or here's another idea: Show one class conga-ing by himself, then show all nine classes in a row conga-ing? You'd need eight other human players connected to a server running the special tr_target map, though. Anyone got some other ideas? Oh! You could use the High Five! taunt demonstration as a guide... Dogman15 (talk) 01:24, 25 July 2014 (PDT)
I think you should show you and a bot doing the conga first, then you have a hallway with alternate BLUs and REDs (to show that the taunt is universal with both teams) joining you with the Conga line.--Blarpbarp (talk) 14:34, 18 August 2014 (PDT)
You should show also that the conga taunt disables people identification. You dont see any names from your teammates while doing the conga taunt. Magicalpony (talk) 04:21, 21 August 2014 (PDT)
How's this example clip? There are just a couple of things you should take note of.
The taunt menu is missing. - This is just the usual recording bug. If you like how this clip is set up I will re record all the footage, and fix the menu.
The 'puppets' all have their melee out. I did this because TF2 seems to be doing the disappearing weapons glitch after taunting, however the melee weapons don't disappear for nearly as long, or even not at all sometimes. I thought that keeping them with their melee out is the best way to get around the glitch.
In this clip, as you can see I join back into the taunt with the Blu scout, when I first recorded all the footage, I thought that it kinda worked well to join back into the taunt at the end of each of the clips, alternating between the two teams. (Scout joins in taunt with BLU scout, Soldier in the next clip joins in with the RED scout and so on) - Do you agree with this? Or should I alter this?
I was thinking that after each of the 9 classes do clips identical to this one, I would then have a final clip of one of each class, say 4 REDs and 5 BLUs all join into one massive conga for a while. Would this be a good idea? Your call. Obilisk 02:28, 9 April 2015 (PDT)
Sounds good to me. Clip looks fine, though for the other classes no need to spend time doing the initial conga attempt where no one follows. It's good for the taunts because it plays the failure line or animation, but the conga one doesn't have such a thing. — Wind 21:02, 27 April 2015 (PDT)
How's this? Sorry for the massive delay, it proved to be very hard to organize people to help with the demonstration, especially with the last clip! Please tell me what you think. Obilisk 23:07, 12 May 2015 (PDT)
All good, nice work. Please upload~ — Wind 16:59, 17 May 2015 (PDT)

I'll do it but I don't see why it needs to be redone. If someone could tell me why please? EDIT: My computer cannot run VALVe games at the moment because because my memory is conflicting with VAC. I will not do the demonstration so I can fix the issue. Apologies.Jimbo Jones (talk) 07:51, 10 April 2015 (PDT)
The Ubersaw demo shows how the item responds to hits on cloaked/disguised Spies; the Blutsauger one doesn't. I think it's important enough to include. ToomaiGlittershine 07:58, 30 March 2015 (PDT)
Ah, I see. Now that I look over the demo I agree that it needs to be redone. I could have it done by today, no less Easter Sunday. Jimbo Jones (talk) 10:40, 30 March 2015 (PDT)
Show laugh while playing TF2 on 1st April and by being hit by Holiday Punch
The summary of the page states "The player will also perform this taunt when hit by a critical hit from the Holiday Punch, or randomly when taunting on the first day of April of any year.", shouldn't this be on the video too, to show that the same animation is played in other situations? ▪ - 10:31, 31 March 2015 (PDT)
In my opinion I don't believe either are necessary. Firstly showing that taunting on April fools is rather hard to demonstrate, as we would have to like somehow show the date by alt-tabbing TF2 or something. And the Holiday Punch demonstration show's the laugh, I'm sure people will see it's the same. Though it may be worth showing the Holiday punch, but I don't really see it being nessasary. This is my opinion though, Wind may think differently :P Obilisk 04:43, 1 April 2015 (PDT)
No need for alt-tabbing, the "Message of the Day" shows "Happy April Fools!". You can also enable it via console. ▪ - 07:32, 1 April 2015 (PDT)
The demonstration video demonstrates an item, not an animation. The fact that the animation is reused for other things doesn't mean they should be shown in the video. The Holiday Punch video already demonstrates that the same animation plays. The April 1st thing might be nice to show, but it's a pretty small detail. Might be worth including in the next redo of the video, but by itself it's not enough. The text already does a good job conveying that information with the amount of attention it deserves (not a lot) — Wind 20:39, 5 April 2015 (PDT)
Alright, thanks for bringing this up and ending the discussion, I do agree with your opinion. ▪ - 21:13, 5 April 2015 (PDT)

There was another section for Schadenfreude (now merged above this) about the April 1st thing to be included in a potential redo. Might want to include that somehow. Otherwise feel free to upload as-is. — Wind 16:45, 3 May 2015 (PDT)
Overall I believe showing the April fools clip is a bit unnecessary, at least at this point. Download :3Obilisk 22:53, 3 May 2015 (PDT)

How's this? I double checked the Demonstrations home page and it doesn't say anything about using Genuine items for demonstrations, though I'm sure this question has been asked before regarding Genuines, but is it alright to use them? May be time for a home page update.... :P Obilisk 05:45, 28 April 2015 (PDT)

How's this? Do you think it's worth showing an additional clip of shooting a spy? I just thought it could be worth showing that shooting a spy doesn't show any health "+" symbol from the medics POV and the needle hits him as usual and does damage. - If we do decide to show this clip is it worth having the Spy's POV as well?
Yeah, that's a good idea. Both POVs are necessary, so a picture-in-picture would be appropriate — Wind 23:44, 9 March 2015 (PDT)
How's this? I thought that it was a good idea to put the new clip before the airblast clips. - I had to put the spy's POV on the left otherwise it would block the entire crossbow and most of the Medic's POV, in my opinion the size of the Spy's POV screen is a good size as viewers can clearly see the Spy's health being shown. Another thing too, it appears the spy has the medic's weapons below him when he disguises, I'm pretty sure this is just a bug on Valve's end, as I could not find a solution to fixing it. Otherwise, please tell me what you think. Obilisk 03:23, 11 March 2015 (PDT)
Either reduce the size of the spy's POV video or move it to the top left corner such that the medic's aiming-target-health-bar in the middle of the screen isn't covered by it. Rest is good~ — Wind 17:45, 14 March 2015 (PDT)

"Not Tradable" tag does not show on the loadout
I'm not sure if this is a big thing to change, but there is no tag about that is not tradable. I'm pretty sure that the author of the demonstration made a mod to replace something else (because it's not a common item and it's not able to obtain it anymore, and if it was gifted, the name of the gift author would appear too). I don't know about it, really. (The level is also 20, and not 28) ▪ - 15:46, 28 March 2015 (PDT)

Sniper Rifle Demonstrations
I noticed after watching the demonstrations for all of the Sniper primaries other than the Huntsman that there is an inconstancy in how it is actually demonstrated. In some videos, it's a fully charged headshot on Soldier and half charged headshot on Medic, while in others it shows both a fully charged bodyshot and half charged bodyshot on Soldier and Medic respectively. I personally think the bodyshot method works best, but whichever we choose, we should standardize the videos. The way it is doesn't look good. TheTdw2000 (talk) 17:21, 7 May 2015 (PDT)
Though it may be a bit inconsistent from video to video, I don't believe it's worth a redo on it's own, as they all still show the variation of damage of the sniper rifles. Although Wind may disagree. Let's see what he says. Obilisk 06:23, 10 May 2015 (PDT)
What Obilisk said. As long as the damage output from each possibility is shown overall, it's OK. — Wind 18:12, 10 May 2015 (PDT)
Why isn't the map download for a .bsp?
Aren't map files supposed to be in .bsp format? Why is it the file in the download link is a .7z? This doesn't make any sense. SilentObserver01 (talk) 04:43, 24 March 2015 (PDT)

New Taunt Menu
I know that this issue has been sort-of answered in the Schadenfreude and Shred Alert proposals, but I'm going to ask this: Shouldn't we update the demonstrations for those items? I mean, we redid the Wrench and Crusader's Crossbow demonstrations due to the description change (that only appears in the beginning of the video) but we aren't redoing demonstrations for the new taunt menu that is shown throughout the video? And don't forget the fact that the loadout screen for taunts has changed (they are no longer action items).TheTdw2000 (talk) 14:30, 18 April 2015 (PDT)
I think the main reason the demonstrations were declined at the time is because the update added a lot of more important demonstrations to redo, and effort on these two demonstrations would be better put in the more needed demonstrations at the time. Although perhaps Wind can have another look and decide if they need a redo now, as the loadout and UI has changed. Obilisk 00:49, 26 April 2015 (PDT)
OK to update now — Wind 21:02, 27 April 2015 (PDT)
