Missing Items
As IronBiscuitAardvark noted, as of the 30th October, 2012, the following items are missing: - The Scottish Handshake (Demoman, Melee, Only available in Unique Quality) - The AWPer Hand (Sniper, Primary, Available in Unique and Genuine Qualities) - The Bat Outta Hell (Multiple Classes, Melee, Available in Unique and Haunted Qualities)
In addition there's also all of the Rust/Blood/Silver/Gold/Carbonada/Diamond Botkiller Weapons (All only available in Strange Quality), however, I don't think these are really needed.
