MVM medic durations

Not sure if you know or not but not all of the uber medics have the same attributes. They would be different between difficulty. Thought I'd let you know. (unless you already knew). Ashes 12:49, 22 December 2012 (PST)

Is this about all of the Uber Medics I've been editing to have these stats here?

5.0x über charge rate
0.1x heal rate
Spawns with full über
-3 seconds uber duration

All the changes I've been adding are taken directly from the .pop files used for the missions. The only information used to spawn those uber medics is this:
TFBot
{
	Template T_TFBot_Medic_QuickUber
}

which is just short for this:
T_TFBot_Medic_QuickUber
{
	Class Medic
	Name "Uber Medic"
	ClassIcon medic_uber
	Skill Normal
	Attributes SpawnWithFullCharge
	CharacterAttributes
	{
		"ubercharge rate bonus" 5
		"heal rate bonus" 0.1
		"uber duration bonus" -3
	}
}
so as far as I can tell, they do all have the same stats, regardless of difficulty. There are some exceptions, like the ones on some of the Decoy missions that have slightly different stats like these:
TFBot
{
	Class Medic
	ClassIcon medic_uber
	Skill Normal
	CharacterAttributes
	{
		"ubercharge rate bonus" 5
		"heal rate bonus" 0.1
	}
}
but other than that, every other uber medic on Decoy and Coaltown seems to be exactly the same. Maybe the other maps are different, I don't know. Maybe Mannworks actually uses the other uber medic type that isn't the quick-uber one, I haven't checked yet. (shrug) Keybored6522 18:31, 22 December 2012 (PST)

Hm Never really noticed that one before other than that Decoy one. Also, How would you consider linking the page? Wouldn't it be more convenient to just list all the stats on the template? Since people may be interested in whats on the table instead of constant redirects to a diff page but thats just me. Ashes 13:04, 23 December 2012 (PST)

Also on a side note. Any reason why you're removing the HP part? Ashes 13:05, 23 December 2012 (PST)

I get what you're saying about keeping it in one page, and you're right about constant redirects being obnoxious, but it seems like it would get too cluttered if we just piled all of the boss's stats onto the template. It works for the giants, doesn't it? We don't put all of a giant rapidfire soldier's stats on there every time it uses one, but I don't think that leaves anyone confused. Leaving a link there if they want more info seems like enough, but yeah, there's probably a better way of doing it.
As for the HP thing, some of the templates just had the numbers, but others also had the HP part, so I just thought it should be consistent. I guess it doesn't really matter which way they are as long as they're all the same. Keybored6522 13:36, 23 December 2012 (PST)
Eh true, Yeah perhaps a new way of doing it for giants and bosses (aside from tanks).
