Causes of a steam phishing attack

  • Bad luck

How to identify a phishing attack

Normally a target of a phishing attack will be sent a message that asks them to enter there username and password on a specified website. The website will most likely be a clone of a ligament steam website. DO NOT go to the website unless you trust the sender. If a website requests a steam username and password make sure it is a steam login

All steam logins begin with one of those four domain names.
