Parameters

hat# (Numbers 1-19)
The name of the cosmetic, in proper format (spell it as it appears, and capitalize letters as needed).
grade# (Numbers 1-19)
The grade of the cosmetic, including "grade."
color# (Numbers 1-19)
The hexadecimal code that corresponds with the grade of the cosmetic, from Template:Item rarity table. Exclude pound sign, input only the six hexadecimal characters.
