About NOINDEX

There is actually no practical difference whether NOINDEX is outside or inside INCLUDEONLY, as the template itself invokes itself, so the template page itself also contains NOINDEX.

Also, to clarify: calling a template will always reproduce the entirety of the template that is not inside INCLUDEONLY. INCLUDEONLY is used to avoid the template being shown on the template page itself. The only barrier between a template including something or not including it is NOINCLUDE.
