Alien Swarm寄生蟲是全部職業都能配戴的頭飾。 只要在Alien Swarm遊戲裡通過兩次線上合作關卡(無視遊戲難度)就能得到。

  • 在狙擊手使用喀爾克大彎刀，部落戰刀或是布伊刀的挑釁的時候，可以看到狙擊手很容易就把寄生蟲拿下來。 這似乎符合了遊戲裡對頭飾的描述：它不過是坐順風車，並沒有實際寄生在任何人的腦袋上。
