Not a lot of information.

All we really know about the Super SMG is that it was a non-reloading SMG. The images shown in the Badlands screenshots may have just been from when they stopped using the Super SMG, as those show a clip. Before a model was truly finalized for the Nail Gun, the TF Team used the SMG model as a placeholder. By the time they made the switch from the Super SMG, I speculate that they kept the SMG model until they made a model of the Syringe Gun. There exists concept art showcasing the Syringe Gun with Medic's 2006 design.

All in all... this page is not necessary. The Super SMG should live on in the trivia section of the SMG or Syringe Gun pages.
