The Spectral Flame is a tool item. When applied to a flamethrower some of the flames produced by that weapon will be green. Players ignited by the flamethrower will also be surrounded by green flames. (Note: When used on the Phlogistinator, the usual "waves of energy" effect is replaced with green, but otherwise normally shaped, flames.)
