Scout
Drop 'th' for 'd', such as:
- this
- that
- they
Do not apply this for:
- then
- the
Some words have dropped parts:
- It's -> 'S
- them -> 'em
- come on -> c'mon
- of -> o' (use sparingly)
For words ending with the suffix -ing, replace it with in':
- freaking -> freakin'
- doing -> doin'

Pyro
This can be more creative than others. Usually it is either replaced by 'mmphh', or slightly distorted versions of text. For example, "Welcome to the Team Fortress Wiki!" would become either:
- 'Mmmphh mm mmph mmph Mmmphh Mrrphhh Mmmphh!'
or:
- 'Mellohmm to tha Teem Frrrtress Wikee!'

Demoman
Some letters in words are dropped:
- You -> Ye
- Your -> Yer
- Going to → Gonna
- What → Wha'
- Not → Nae
- Isn't → Ain't
- Because → ’Cause
- Yes -> Aye
- Them -> 'Em
Some Scottish slang is also used:
- Guy/Man -> Lad
- Girl/Woman -> Lass
- Idiot or a stupid person -> Git/Eejit
- Tosspot -> Jerk
- Damn (or other emphasizers) -> Bloody/Bleedin'
- Friend -> Mate

Heavy
W is sometimes dropped for V, such as in 'where', or 'when'. Use this sparingly, as it's not commonly used in voice commands for the Heavy.
Medic
'th' is dropped for 'z'.
Certain German words replace English words. Here are some that are used:
- Doctor -> Doktor
- Eins, zwei, drei -> One, two, three
- Schnell -> Quickly
- Ja/Nein -> Yes/No
- Nichst da -> No way
- Achtung -> Attention/Warning
