:::This type of announcement would be humongous news. Valve would announce it themselves. We can wait to verify from them, if it is free to play forever...whats the rush? Adding this prematurely is reckless as it can damage our reputation. We don't want to become like some other wikis. ::::: Except the interview was with Robin Walker, co-creator of Team Fortress 2. That is 1) straight from Valve, and 2) proof of this happening. Simple as that. -- [[User:En_Ex|En Ex]]  ([[User_talk:En_Ex|talk]]) 17:42, 23 June 2011 (PDT)

Revision as of 00:42, 24 June 2011

I think there should be credits to http://www.unseen64.net/2008/04/05/Team Fortress 2-proto/, it seems that this article is totally ripped from there De abreu 02:08, 2 July 2010 (UTC)

Add "Synopsis"

I think a "Synopsis" section should be added, like on Wikipedia's (Wikipedia) page. It'd have the sub-sections "Setting" and "Plot," from where we could link to the "Timeline" and other such articles. Shonkybiz 17:27, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

There isn't really a Plot, or setting. I mean it's just a random part of America. -- Smashman... (ts) 17:31, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

Setting

Is Team Fortress 2 set in Australia or America, or both? Shonkybiz 17:27, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

America only. -- Smashman... (ts) 17:31, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

F2P Information

As far as we know TF2 is free to play for this week only. Please avoid adding information about the permanency of the free-to-play model until we get solid information, preferably from the horse's mouth. One article on one site does not proof make. -- Alex2539 - (talk | contribs) -- 17:32, 23 June 2011 (PDT)

Except that site is Develop Magazine, a very credible source that is read by both game developers and fans alike. Valve even let them run around in their offices a few months ago to do a feature on them. -User RJackson Signature Colon DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.png 17:36, 23 June 2011 (PDT)

Doesn't this Wiki go against speculation? We should hold back until Valve themselves state something. Regardless of credibility, the only ones we can truly believe is Valve. Wingless 17:39, 23 June 2011 (PDT)
This type of announcement would be humongous news. Valve would announce it themselves. We can wait to verify from them, if it is free to play forever...whats the rush? Adding this prematurely is reckless as it can damage our reputation. We don't want to become like some other wikis. K-MacTfccivilian thumb.png (Talk | Contrib) 17:40, 23 June 2011 (PDT)
