I just realized that on top of the quote is in some article a disambiguation note, like in the [[Knife]] article. I think that the italic on long quotes make the disamb. quote look like it is part of the quotation, if you look over an article. Translating "(Click to listen)"

Similar with disambiguation template

I just realized that on top of the quote is in some article a disambiguation note, like in the Knife article. I think that the italic on long quotes make the disamb. quote look like it is part of the quotation, if you look over an article.
