tf_logic_holiday got updated

There were some issues with that entity. It's used to trigger the "Halloween2013TeleportToHell" output and people who played Helltower know what it does but outside of the official map it would give 2 bugs:

* The thriller taunt wouldn't trigger after being teleported.
* The overheal for the winning team would stay permanent. Even after the round ends and a new one starts.

After e-mailing Valve they fixed that entity and both works correctly now according to a friend who just tested it. Plus that entity got 2 new keyvalues, "Taunt In Hell" ("Should players taunt when teleported to Hell.") & "Haunting" ("Allow Wheel of Doom haunting."). Though, not sure what the second keyvalue does.
