I appreciate what you're trying to do for Halloween spells. We really should have some videos for them.--Piemanmoo 16:58, 26 October 2014 (PDT)

Thanks. It's 2 years overdue. They didn't even have accurate descriptions until yesterday. Zoshi (talk) 17:15, 26 October 2014 (PDT)
May as well add since Omolong hasn't responded. The reason why the videos you put up were removed were because of two things. 1. Doesn't follow Wiki Formats regarding item demos, 2. The video was not officially approved to be used. Hope that answers your question. Ashes (talk) 17:21, 26 October 2014 (PDT)
That DOES answer my question, actually. How come Omolong didn't mention it with his other reasons? The preceding unsigned comment was added by Zoshi (talk) • (contribs)
The request for it was never mentioned, hence the term "unnecessary" as there was no request for em. Ashes (talk) 18:28, 26 October 2014 (PDT)
If you can redo the videos according to the wiki format, and submit it for approval it will be much more likely to be accepted--Piemanmoo 00:02, 27 October 2014 (PDT)
I did submit a request for the videos on whatever page that was Omolong sent me to, so there's that. One question, do I need approval for sound files? If I can't put up temporary videos until the official ones get done I figured I could at least give some samples on the voice-changing spells' pages. Zoshi (talk) 08:30, 27 October 2014 (PDT)
It would be easier to just compile them in the video... as uploading samples of the voices, then just showing them in the video would be kind of redundant honestly. Ashes (talk) 09:15, 27 October 2014 (PDT)
Why do we need a video at all for the voice-changing spells? I don't follow your logic. Zoshi (talk) 09:21, 27 October 2014 (PDT)
Kinda like the Brundle Bundle set for the engineer, It showcased the voice change, so I'm assuming we're going off something similar to that. Ashes (talk) 09:42, 27 October 2014 (PDT)
I guess consistency is good. Would we be doing a different video for each page or a big compilation with only two or three lines from each class? Zoshi (talk) 09:49, 27 October 2014 (PDT)
That would be debatable on the discussion page for the demonstrations. Better to figure out a format first for them before doing them. Ashes (talk) 09:51, 27 October 2014 (PDT)

Trivia submission

Hi Zoshi, your recent addition of trivia has been reverted because it did not meet our trivia guidelines. In short, trivia entries should...

  • ... be facts, not speculation.
  • ... be about the released content only.
  • ... not be obvious for somebody who has played Team Fortress 2 for a small amount of time.
  • ... make the reader say "Wow! I did not know that!"
  • ... not be information that belongs in other parts of the page.
