I added that the bauble interacts with stickybombs if they collide midair, the question was asked which but I don't know considering how hard and precise it is to have it happen. I've only seen it happen with stickybombs (twice) as a demo main. It was also noted it should be moved to somewhere else but I would not know where it would be moved to? Is it a bug? I'd love to do some research into it but it'll take a very very long time.

I found a interaction in-game with the wrap assassin projectile and various dynamic objects such as doors like those on spawn rooms, resupply lockers, and control points, where rather than break on impact, the bauble bounces. I've looked everywhere to find any documentation on this bug/feature. Any chance anyone has seen anything similar? Additionally, how would I go about gathering sources to add the bug to the item's wiki page if I am indeed the only one aware of it?

For those trying to replicate: This interaction only works with either the front or back of resupply lockers and moving doors, and it doesn't work on the entire control point. Additionally, the sides which you can bounce things off of are orientated the same on every map. I haven't opened the map editor to see which two directions each map uses, or if they're consistent, but it's always two of the cardinal directions, and never the opposite ones. The most consistent results I've found is just picking any spawn door, and checking both sides. Some types of spawn doors don't work, but the default ones used on maps like hightower, 2fort, etc. all definitely work.

== Sandman Ball and Wrap Assassin Bauble ==

As noted by Adliikhwan, you can pick up the bauble with sandman to recharge the sandman ball (if you didn't have a ball).  Also you may pick up a baseball to recharge the Wrap Assassin.  I'm not sure that this is a 'bug' so much.  Nor would I expect that picking up a bauble with the sandman would allow you to launch a bauble. Interactions with projectiles midair

Don't worry about sorting it out immediately, I put the tag there in case any other people have video examples of it happening. If more examples happen, a simple "the Wrap Assassin can collide with other projectiles" in the lead of the article will do.

(Bug?) Odd interactions with certain objects/props

--Josapr (talk) 03:40, 9 May 2025 (UTC)

I've never heard of such a bug before. I know there's a similar bug with projectiles like the Mad Milk where they glide on control points and on ramps at certain angles. Testing it, I could get both the Wrap Assassin and the Mad Milk to bounce off of the koth nucleus spawn door.
