Hi there,
Please don't change stuff from BE to AE for no reason. Both are accepted, as long as it's consistent on the page. It should also not be changed for no reason.

Valve has nothing to do with the language used.

OK, so maybe I pulled that point out of my ass, but what about the difference between the amount of speakers of each English variant? There's around 400 million American English speakers compared to about 75 million British English speakers.
If both are accepted, then why revert the edit? Since AE is clearly more popular, you could have just adjusted the one other usage of "aerospace" to be consistent. (Grey Matter isn't really the same situation, since that's an official Valve achievement name.) Despite the joke I made in the edit description, I did have a reason for making the edit. I just didn't realize BE was used elsewhere on the page. My bad.
It doesn't matter how many people speak it, both English varieties are accepted on the Wiki. This is because non-native English speakers (or non-British Isle people) also may learn British English and use that when editing. Most non-US places also use a mix of British/American English, which means that some words may be used in Indian English and British English, but not American English and vice versa. It makes more sense to accept both, as long as it is consistent, than to only use one despite many English variants also using words from the "other". The page itself also uses multiple instances of aeroplane and also refers to "grey matter" (as the actual word, not achievement) with the BE spelling. AE being your preferred language is not a reason to change the language, nor is "but it's more widely used" a good reason to change it. Only if actual issues arise from using BE over AE or vice versa should it be changed. If you believe we should change this policy, open up a Discussion.
