Merge

This article could be merged with Scripting, since the Launch Options section could do with more detail.

Pictogram minus.png Disagree I would have to see a better argument for merge. The Launch settings are not my strength, so I would defer to a more knowledgeable senior editor. Why not add more detail here? The content here seems inconsistent with the format of Scripting. What about this article is related to Scripting? The bigger question for me is what is "Ultra low settings"? Are there "Ultra high settings"?

My only issues with this article are the title (for example, it could be better titled 'Graphic settings') and the lack of screenshots (one idea I have is to show what each of the settings do with a comparison screenshot and a layman's explanation). As for Scripting, there's a section there called Launch Options. Should I just put a link to this article there? Joe Miasma (talk) 06:13, 17 October 2018 (UTC)
Pictogram question.png Improve? Pictogram cross.png Delete? I think its Broad Topic is "Launch Options" rather than "Graphic settings", but I think the Narrow Topic of the lead is some particular configuration the OP calls "Ultra low settings", but nothing is explained about "Ultra low settings", why you might want them or how to do them. But the main contents (everything except the lead) seems to be "Launch Options" There already was an article "Launch options", but is was tagged as Topics covered better by other wikis. What is there seems well organized but I don't know enough about it to rally say. Delete? Keep? I don't know if these Launch options are better presented in developer.valvesoftware.com. Merge with List of useful console commands? I don't know enough of the subject, needs an expert.
It is an Orphan, too. M I K A D O 282 oOOOOo oo oo (talk) (To Do) 00:57, 18 October 2018 (UTC)
