Voices from Below seemingly does not work on all taunts

I tried Highland Hound taunt with a Voices from Below Hair of the Dog, and I couldn't notice a difference in pitch or speed comparing to videos of players using the set without any spells. Is this a bug? Lightwo (talk) 21:16, 2 October 2023 (UTC)

This would be a bug, yes, but needs video evidence if it's going to be added.

I recorded a video (uploaded to Catbox), comparing it to the official demonstration video where none of the items were spelled, it's clear there's no difference. Lightwo (talk) 07:50, 3 October 2023 (UTC)
Could you upload this video to YouTube or another video-hosting site?

I hope the reupload on this PeerTube instance will do. Lightwo (talk) 15:51, 3 October 2023 (UTC)

Merging of Halloween spells

I think all Halloween spells should be merged with this article, like it was done with Voodoo-Cursed Items. Almost all of them look identical, except for explaining what an effect looks like and a few different bugs. User Denied signature.jpg Denied (Talk) 13:55, 16 October 2025 (UTC)

Pictogram cross.png Against, since they all have unique effects that differ per spell, having their own article makes sense.

Pictogram minus.png Oppose, I feel like this can bloat the trivia section of the Halloween Spells, having to merge every single one from each article, alongside explaining them. Also, the Voodoo-Cursed items article mostly had its items merged onto one article, as all of the items were very similar to each other.

Pictogram plus.png Support, I support the idea. Having a table that has all the information (what the spell does, notes section, all in separate columns), and putting any relevant trivia or bugs in just one page, yeah, I think that would be better. We don't make individual pages for Unusual effects, so I don't see why not this one shouldn't be a single page either. Additionally, while outside the realms of this discussion, I believe the "corrected" backpack icons should all go into a gallery (if the pages are merged as one), and the table should use the broken backpack icons with the paint overlay. Pictogram cross.png - I lean towards no and think it's probably best if they are separate. The different types of spells works so differently that they sorta need to be separated. Unusual effects all function the exact same way. Burning Flames works in the same way as Cloud 9, they just have different particles. But the Halloween Spells are not all the same. Exorcism and Voices from Below function completely differently. Also I think ideally there should be videos showing how each effect works. A screenshot of a footprints spell doesn't really properly convey how the effect actually looks in game. So if there was a big table detailing all the spell effects it would sorta end up being a whole bunch of Youtube videos which would look odd. The spells themselves were actual useable items (unlike unusual effects) complete with unique descriptions and such so the page would need to show all that information as well.
