Notability
The notability criteria are as follows:
- Running on multiple servers
- I could find the servers listed from the DISC-FF community (this Fandom was previously linked on the article). Which only hosts 2 servers.
- Teamwork.tf shows a single server with the tag zombie riot, which has (at the time of writing) 0 players.
- One single other server, hosted by a user named Artvin, is hosting a "test server" for this game mode. The Github for this project (also hosted by a user named Artvin) notes "IF you wish to see the plugin in action/or just are interrested in playing this gamemode rather then coding/messing with it, the main server for the plugin is this one hosted by disc.ff". This makes me believe that this server is connected to the DISC-FF community and therefore not a separate server host.
- Conclusion:
does not meet the requirements.
- Discussion among the community
- I could not find anything regarding discussion. I found Zombie Riot mentioned on one forum (this is based on the first 4 pages of Google search results with the query
Team Fortress 2 "zombie riot"), which was as a "thank you" note for another zombie game mode. - Conclusion:
does not meet the requirements.
- I could not find anything regarding discussion. I found Zombie Riot mentioned on one forum (this is based on the first 4 pages of Google search results with the query
- Reported in game media (blogs, YouTube, etc)
- There are quite a number of videos, however, only one of them seemed to be popular. Only one prominent YouTuber has uploaded a video about it, but other than that it seems to mostly be channels which do not qualify for this requirement.
- Conclusion:
does not meet the requirements.
Overall, it seems like this mod is exclusive to just one community. I could only find one other person that didn't have an association with the DISC-FF community. As per the community topic notability guidelines, I will also ask the user who created the article to see if they can provide anything more. Otherwise, this article is subject to deletion.
