Great for anti-personnel playstyles involving assists. The Sleeper is a good weapon for helping kill things as you can't quite kill in one hit, you can deal Jarate effect to the target and thus provide assistance. The Danger Shield is a different Razorback - it adds HP to you. A simple idea, good for protection. No backstab protection though, so unless you're aiming for the kit bonus, use the Razorback. The Bushwacka is amazing for close range combat. Nail with the sleeper and hit for a critical hit and kill. Though you take 20% more damage, your only concern for this is a Pyro or Heavy as they can deal lots of damage in short amount of time. Used well with Jarate or Sleeper.

Item sets is a game concept introduced in the Mann-Conomy Update, which applies new attributes (such as greater damage resistance, immunity from headshots, etc.) to the wearer when all items in the set are equipped. There are currently five items sets, all of which are from the Polycount Pack.

Since Valve is of the opinion that game-changing effects should be available for every player within a reasonable amount of time, these hats are the only hats in the game to have guaranteed blueprints for crafting besides the Bonk Helm, requiring four Refined Metal and any Polycount Pack Weapon from the class you want to craft the hat for.
