Erm?

What? i-ghost 15:25, 29 May 2011 (UTC)

As you see, it a new demonstration project, early discussed here. - Grand-O-Rand Painted Détective Noir 694D3A.png · (Talk) 15:29, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
Alright thanks. I clearly missed the memo on this one. i-ghost 15:34, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
The idea is good but the current implementation is a bit poor at the moment. The videos are poor quality and need consistency. Not sure how the crits video is useful in it's current form when the enemy dies before the crit is activated :S It would be a good idea to host them the official wiki channel. Agreed with Moussekateer. The videos are a bit poor on quality, but that could be improved.  – User Ohyeahcrucz Sig.png Ohyeahcrucz [T][C] 15:37, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
Video quality is 720p. Video is demonstrate critical hits in game. Nero123 (talk | contribution) 15:39, 29 May 2011 (UTC)

There needs to be a more thorough checking process for demonstrations. The Crit Boost one, for example:

  • Doesn't show damage numbers (how can the viewer know how effective crits are?) to compare between no crits, mini-crits, and full crits
  • The enemy is killed before the crits kick in in the first shot
  • Kritzkrieg healing ray is invisible
  • Does not show if the crits that the user gets are mini-crit or full crit
  • Does nto show if crits suffer from damage falloff
  • Audio glitches during the transitions between weapons
  • At 0:34, the heavy gets full (random) crits while demonstrating mini-crits
  • Some human voices can be heard in the background (0:40 for example)

So yeah, that video was not good :( — Wind 16:28, 29 May 2011 (UTC)

We well remake it. Nero123 (talk | contribution) 16:49, 29 May 2011 (UTC)

Demonstration for Decal tool?

Moved from:Team Fortress Wiki talk:Weapon Demonstration I did not see demonstration video in Decal tool's page. What do you think, should one be made? -- Keisari BottleScreen.png 04:46, 31 January 2012 (PST)

Pictogram plus.png Support Yes. Somebody don't know how to put decal until read in wiki. If we have the Demonstration, it will be easier. Like Mann Co. Store and Mann Co. Supply Crate page. Hinaomi Killicon unarmed combat.png 06:18, 31 January 2012 (PST)
Pictogram nope.png Nope That would be part of the technical demonstration project, not the weapon one — Wind 08:14, 31 January 2012 (PST)
I forget about that page. Should we move this topic to that page? ;) Hinaomi Killicon unarmed combat.png 08:39, 31 January 2012 (PST)
Yes — Wind 18:36, 31 January 2012 (PST)
