Pyro Cameos?

How about adding a small section in the gallery (or even a few pics in the current gallery) of the cameos that Pyro made in other non-valve games? As an example- Pyro, Spy and Heavy were featured as racing characters in the PC version of Sonic All-Star Racing. Yossef | Talk | Contributions 22:46, 2 November 2021 (UTC)

List of references. - BrazilianNut (talk) 23:15, 2 November 2021 (UTC)
I wasn’t clear, sorry for the confusion. What I meant is that perhaps adding the Pyro (or any class) model that appears in other games, to show the reader how does the pyro looks in the games in question. For instance, showing how does the Pyro looks in Killing Floor. Furthermore, perhaps doing the same thing in the List of References? Adding the character models next to the games that they appeared. If we did this with the Pyro article, we would have to do it with the articles for all the other classes. As such, it would be better to do it in List of references, since re references are already listed there. - BrazilianNut (talk) 07:20, 3 November 2021 (UTC)

Pyro's gender

I think it's noteworthy in the Trivia section that the game's file global_actors.txt located inside tf2_misc_dir.vpk lists tf2 classes genders and for Pyro it says "male". Mido (talk) 20:46, 21 May 2022 (UTC)

Pyro's gender remains unknown until Valve reveals it, which will never happen probably · Ashe (talk) 21:09, 21 May 2022 (UTC)
This file has to do with voice lines for certain genders, such as the HL2 civilians. Nothing actually to do with the gender of Pyro.

Collective Noun for Pyros

I would like to suggest adding a Collective Noun for a group of pyros, similar to how its called a Murder of Crows.

Collective Noun suggestions: A Kindling, A Fire Hazard, An Asylum.

Angzarr Psyco (talk) 15:05, 17 June 2023 (UTC)

I'm not sure it's necessary, as a group of Pyros is pretty rare.
GrampaSwood (talk) 15:09, 17 June 2023 (UTC)
Well, they could be called a "drag", only because when you do see pyros together, it is to pull a sliegh (SnowVille), and a team that pulls a sleigh is called a drag. Sure! :)=

There is no official collective noun for a group of Pyros. If the community ever agreed on a term, it would be limited to strategy pages, as it would be a community term, not an official one. - BrazilianNut (talk) 11:00, 18 June 2023 (UTC)

Nostromo Napalmer/Rainblower discrepancy

Both the Nostromo's and the Rainblower have small differences from stock, such as taunts, pyrovision, and instant Scouts with a certain set of cosmetics. Why is the Rainblower apart from stock but the Nostromo's isn't? The preceding unsigned comment was added by Adeeta (talk) • (contribs) 2023-08-29, 18:30 UTC

Assuming you mean the weapon table, this is because the notes on the right have to include the Pyrovision stat, as that is active at all times. The only time the Napalmer is different is in a very rare scenario during Full Moon or Halloween. This effect is also a set bonus and not tied to the actual weapon.
